🚚 Metro Manila Delivery
Orders within the National Capital Region (NCR) are fulfilled directly from our San Juan City and Makati distribution centers.
- Orders ₱2,000 and above: FREE Delivery across all Metro Manila cities.
- Orders below ₱2,000: Standard flat rate of ₱200.
- Express Same-Day Option: Available for orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days (dispatch via Grab Express / Lalamove / In-house courier).
- Transit Time: Same-day to next business day.
✈️ Provincial Nationwide Shipping (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
We deliver nationwide to all serviceable areas in the Philippines through our primary logistics partners, LBC Express and J&T Express.
- Transparent Weight Matrix: Shipping is calculated based on exact packaged weight and destination ZIP code.
- Luzon Provincial: 2 to 4 business days.
- Visayas & Mindanao: 4 to 7 business days.
- Island & Remote Municipalities: 7 to 10 business days.
- Crating & Protection: All espresso machines and electric grinders are crated in high-density foam and reinforced cartons to ensure zero impact damage in transit. Full shipping insurance is included on every commercial equipment dispatch.

As soon as your shipment is picked up by the courier, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification containing your official courier tracking number and direct tracking URL via SMS and email. You can also monitor your live shipment progress anytime directly in your Manila Coffee Account Portal.
