All commercial machines (Casadio, Sanremo, Faema, Dr. Coffee, Eversys) include our 1-Year to 2-Year Official Distributor Warranty covering parts and certified technician labor. Domestic machines (De'Longhi, Krups, Bodum) include 1-Year manufacturer warranty plus our 7-Day immediate replacement for factory defects.

Yes! For all commercial espresso machines and corporate bean-to-cup machines installed within Metro Manila and nearby provinces, our certified service team provides on-site water testing, plumbing connection, pressure/temperature calibration, and barista dial-in training.

In Metro Manila, all orders amounting to ₱2,000 and above receive 100% Free Shipping. Orders below ₱2,000 carry a flat delivery fee of ₱200. Outside Metro Manila, shipping is calculated dynamically by total weight and destination ZIP via LBC Express or J&T.

All our whole bean and ground coffee products (Lavazza, Illy, Curve Coffee, Hineleban Farms, La Maison du Thé) are sealed in specialized aroma-protection bags with one-way degassing valves. Beans are strictly restocked and distributed within peak flavor windows (typically roasted within 2 to 6 weeks of dispatch).
